PUR PR and Calbantine devised a media relations strategy to promote Sirha in Switzerland. The programme featured the prestigious competition the Bocuse d’Or, the Coupe Europe de la Patisserie (World Pastry Cup), competitions renowned across the globe in the world of gastronomy. The aim is to publicize the event and its chief executive Marie-Odile Fondeur, to increase the number of exhibitors and visitors as well as to raise the profile of Sirha Geneva. The action plan aims to convey the highlights of the exhibition, with hot and cold information, aimed at enhancing the show’s legitimacy and credibility. PUR PR and Calbantine are also in charge of the media room and the credentials issued to journalists for the three days of the exhibition.
